It is a rampant crime against all genders. From cat-calling on the sidewalks, to forced groping, anything that violates a person's welfare through sexual acts are considered to be sexual harassment. Republic Act 7877 or the Anti-Sexual Harassment Act of 1995 guarantees jurisdiction towards violators through fines and imprisonment.

But people still continue to do it.

S.H.O.U.T. aims to show people how wrong sexual harassment is, wherever it may be. Sexual harassment is a clear breach of the dignity of the victim, and S.H.O.U.T. wants to make people aware of how unacceptable it should be. We encourage the people to fully eliminate sexual harassment here in our society in the Philippines.
